REFUND POLICY

ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUND POLICY
All purchases made through 575 GameRoom — including the Digital Book Series (Vol. 1, 2, 3, 4, and the Bundle Pack) — are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, the transaction is considered complete and final.
This policy is consistent with industry-standard practices for digital goods. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
2. WHY DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL
Digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned."
Once downloaded or accessed, the content cannot be un-delivered.
This protects the integrity of our proprietary strategy content.
It is consistent with standard digital goods policies across the industry.
3. EXCEPTIONS
We do not make exceptions to this policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against valid purchases will be contested. If you have a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the delivery issue.
